1.5 cu.ft. allows the user to load around 150 lbs of light media (aluminum oxide, glass bead, etc.) or 400 or steel grit. This pressure pot weights 170 lbs with 1’’ piping and moisture separator Schmidt Pressure Vessels have the lowest pressure drop in the Industry for increased production.

Vaisseau pressurisé – 3.5 cu.ft.

3.5 cu.ft. allows the user to load ± 350 lbs of light media (aluminum oxide, glass bead, etc.) or 1000 or steel grit. This pressure pot weights 240 lbs with 1 ¼’’ piping, VBS II depressurisation system reduces noise. It is important to note that for every drop of 1 psi at the nozzle, there is a corresponding loss of 1.5% in productivity. When you choose a Schmidt pot, you’re already starting out ahead.

Vaisseau pressurisé – 6.5 cu.ft.

6.5 cu.ft. allows the user to load around 350 lbs of light media (aluminum oxide, glass bead, etc.) or 1000 or steel grit. This pressure pot weighs 375 lbs and is equipped with 1 ½’’ piping.

These blasters are designed to provide the industry’s lowest pressure drop – less than 1.5 psi and in some cases less than 1 psi – compared to as much as 10-14 psi in other systems on the market.
