MENUMENUDust Collector for Blast Cabinet
The M series collectors are cartridge type with auto cleaning, designed and built for continuous duty operation. The units are designed for use with abrasive blast systems. The M-2, M-4 and M-6 are available in 400, 700, 900 and 1200 CFM (cubic feet per minute).
Built from quality steel and reinforced to hold up to 15’’ static pressure. All pneumatic connections, hoses, solenoids and valves are mounted on the exterior of the machine for easy access.
The timer card sends a signal to the reverse pulse system to keep the filters clean. A magnehelic gauge is provided for monitoring the differential pressure drop.
Dust collector M-2
Approximatively 36’’x18’ x 90’’ high with leg support allowing to place a 3 gal. pail below. 400 or 700 CFM fan, 120 Volts motor, 2 filters each has 103 sq.ft. for a total of 206 filtering sq.ft. of filtering area.

Approximatively 47’’x36’’ x 90’’ high with leg support allowing to place a 5 gal. pail below. 700 or 900 CFM fan with 1 or 2 H.P. motor, 120 or 600 Volts, 4 filters each has 103 sq.ft. For a total of 412 sq.ft. of filtering area.

Approximatively 47’’x36’’ x 115’’ high with leg support allowing to place a 5 gal. pail or 45 gallon drum. 1,200 CFM fan with 5 H.P. motor, 600 Volts 6 filters each has 103 sq.ft. for a total of 618 ft2 of filtering area.

We can also add a HEPA after filter to reduce noise generation under 80 dB and catch extra fine particulates that might go through.
