Sandblast Respiratory protection helmet – GenVX

The GenVX is the lightest sandblast respiratory helmet available on the market. It’s comfort is increased by cheek pads, and using an air cool tube or a hot /cool tube.
 
We keep all the spare parts in stock (outer/ inner lenses, hoses and valves, cool tubes, etc.)

Airline filter

This multistage activated carbon filter allows operators to have cleaner breathable air from your compressor (as long as it does not ‘spew’ too much oil. It can be adapted to one, two or many operators. To make sure you breathable air is good, it is always preferable to use a CO2 monitor (see below).

Cooling parka

Keep operators cool or warm when combining the parka with the cool air tube or hot/cool tube.

Using the cooling system AC 1000 or Hot / cool HC 2400 you will keep your operators comfortable increasing productivity.

Clean Air Box (CAB)

The Clean Air Boxes (CAB) offer superior breathing air filtration in a durable easy to use format. OSHA requires that employers provide their workers wearing airline respirators with Grade D breathing air. Bullard Clean Air Boxes provide 3-stage filtration and carbon monoxide (CO) monitoring to help meet this requirement.

Clean Air Box Three-Stage Filtration
Three stages of filtration remove oil, water, particulate, oil vapor and odors.

• First Stage – The first filter element removes 95% of solid contaminants and bulk liquids from the breathing air, down to five microns, prolonging the life of the second and third stage elements.
• Second Stage – This high efficiency filter element removes particulates and extremely fine oil mists down to .01 microns.
• Third Stage – This activated charcoal element removes unpleasant oil and hydrocarbon vapors and odors from the air.

Auto-Calibration
Bullard’s Clean Air Box utilizes auto-calibration – one of our most valued features.

• Rugged construction: polycarbonate Pelican® cases (portable units) and powder coated steel (wall mount units).
